With two thirds of our planet covered by water, mankind has always been both dependent on and fascinated by the sea. In Switzerland, Basel is the only port with access to the ocean. Inspired by the craft of countless fishermen, from Switzerland to Japan, we present our latest creation: yuzu, matcha nori and a pinch of fleur de sel in perfect harmony... This is Fisherman's Gin.
